We despatch goods every day Monday to Friday to all destinations worldwide and providing your payment is received by 3pm (UK local time) any standard order will be despatched the same day. Normal shipment is by Royal Mail's insured service which can be tracked to give you peace of mind and recompense should anything happen to your delivery.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the item and all of our items' Ebay pages show the applicable delivery charges for main destinations. Shipping to other destinations may incur additional fees but we could always contact you beforehand to make sure you understand the options available.

Royal Mail Airsure
Wherever possible we use Royal Mail Airsure but not every country will accept that service so we will use the International Signed For Service in those cases. A list of countries to which Royal Mail Airsure is available can be viewed by clicking here.
If you are unable to take delivery and do not arrange re-delivery or collection, the goods will normally be returned to us, in which case you would need to pay a further delivery charge for re-delivery.
You are responsible for paying any customs charges due in the desitnation country. We have no control over customs charges or when they are applied and our experience shows that this can vary considerable from country to country.
In most circumstances we will be able to combine shipments if you order more than one item. In the UK we offer a standard 50% discount on shipping charges for items within a single order. The basic charge is caculated based on the heaviest item. International orders will vary but as a rule any order up to 2 kilograms can be shipped for a single item charge with just one insurance cost.
As soon as your payment has been received you will be sent an email notifying you of this. We post items every working day and will receive a further email notifying you of the despatch and the method used.
If you need a tracking number this will usually be available 24 hours after despatch. Please email our customer care team at info@betterretro.com they can provide a tracking number and deal with any other problems or questions.
You have the right to return your item under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations.
BUY-IT-NOW SALES
If you have purchased an item using Ebay's BUY-IT-NOW system and you are not completely satisfied with it please contact our customer care team at info@betterretro.com stating why you are dissastisfied and whether you would like a replacement item, a BetterRetro store credit or a full refund of the goods value. You must then return it to us in its original condition (see note below) within 14 days of receipt stating the Ebay Item ID and your Ebay User ID.
AUCTION SALES
If you have purchased an item through an Ebay Auction and you are not completely satisfied with it then you can return it to us in its original condition (see note below) within 14 days of receipt stating the Ebay Item ID and your Ebay User ID. You will receive a BetterRetro store credit to the goods value of the item. No refunds will be issued for any auction sale items.
NOTE: ORIGINAL CONDITION
Returned items must arrive back in their original condition. You are strongly advised to avoid wearing make-up, perfumes or scents when trying on your items as any marks left by these will mean we are unable to accept your return and the item will be posted back to you without refund.
FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED ITEMS
If you have any concerns about the item you have received, please contact our customer care team at info@betterretro.com stating the Ebay Item ID and your Ebay User ID. Our team can arrange a refund, a replacement (if available) or a BetterRetro store credit depending on your preference and circumstances.
IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM
It is very rare that this happens but if you have received the wrong item please contact our customer care team at info@betterretro.com stating the Ebay Item ID you expected to receive and your Ebay User ID. Our team can arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, a refund, or a replacement (if available).
